CAN I add more shelves?

Yes you can add more shelves to all the AV / TV stands, please contact us at info@comhold.com and we will inform you how much the additional shelves will be and arrange for them and the longer "through rods" to be sent to you.

WHEN will the products be shipped?

As soon as we recieve confirmation that we have recieved payment, we will attain your products and package them so that they are ready for shipping. We will then post you product to you, the packaging process should take about 2-3 business days, shipping is estimated at 7-10 days but depends greatly on the postal service. WHY would you need to fill the tube with sand?

Filling the tube with sand gives a better acoustic sound. There is a great reduction in the vibrations that occur down the tube, this in turn creates a better enviroment for a more clear sound. The sand actually absorbs the vibrations, it also creates a more secure stand.

HOW do I assemble the product?

Assembly of the product is very simple, there is an easy to follow step-by-step assembly guide included with your product. There are very easy to read diagrams with arrows to show you where exactly to place each part during assembly.

The main thing to remember is to place the top shelf on a soft cloth to avoid any scratches and dents occuring during assembly. You are building the unit from the top down, so protecting the top shelf is essential.
