RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

Welcome to Acoustic Design (www.Comhold.com) - the home of quality, audio visual stands. We endeavour to make any returns as easy as possible!

Within 14 days of receipt of your shipment (including gifts), you may return any of the following items to Acoustic Design (Comhold.com), if the item does not meet your expectations, for a full refund (excluding delivery charges).We cannot exchange items unless they are defective or damaged. Items that are returned more than 30 days after delivery, are in un-sellable condition, or are missing parts will be charged a restocking fee at our discretion. We cannot accept items returned after 60 days.

Refunds: We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of our receiving your return. If your return is not due to our error, we will deduct the shipping costs from your refund.
Although we take every care to properly pack our items, it might happen that an item does get damaged en-route. Should an item arrive damaged, we will gladly replace it or issue a refund (shipping costs excluded), provided that the damaged item is shipped back to us, the cost of which will be for the buyer's account. We do however choose robust products, or products, which can be properly packed, and the chances of damage are minimal.
